  • How much is Delivery?

    Please note: The above delivery targets are after dispatch. Dispatch or delivery is subject to delay due to busy periods or external factors such as courier issues or weather.






  • Can I order online or by phone and pick up in-store?

    You can order online or by telephone,  but unfortunately you cannot pick up. We are mail order only and all items are sent by post.

  • What payment options do you have?

    We accept debit and credit cards.

  • Can I make a Return?

    As per UK consumer law, if you would like to return an item please let us know via email at sales@easyyem-ecs.co.uk or phone 07938 188 388, within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be delivered to us within 28 days of initial receipt.


    Returning items will be at the customers cost, unless faulty goods have been received. Please contact us for a return address and ensure to receive proof of posting and appropriate cover if the item is lost in transit.


    We accept returns if you make an error while ordering and return the item to us in an unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.


    If your product(s) arrive damaged, are faulty or are lost in the post, we will do our best to replace them or offer a refund as soon as possible, depending on stock availability. We may offer a different item as a substitute. This will be decided on a case by case basis, please email sales@easyyem-ecs.co.uk or call for 07938 188 388 for help.

  • Where are your products made?

    The majority of our products are made and imported from the EU, including Belgium, Holland, Italy and Germany

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

    Online orders should receive an order confirmation  via email. Sometimes these can end up in your junk folder, so please check here.

  • How can I check the status of my order online?

    Online orders should receive a dispatch email once the items have left us. Depending on the type of postage, delivery can occur from 1-3 days for Mainland UK options. More info can be found under the delivery heading. 

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Email sales@easyyem-ecs.co.uk or call 07938 188 388 immediately if you need to amend or cancel an order as items are often dispatched very quickly. Once an order has been dispatched no changes can be made.
